We are hiring a Part-Time Meat Cutter to support daily operations during our busy season. This role is ideal for someone with meat-cutting experience. 

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and prepare meat products according to shop standards
• Safely operate meat-cutting equipment (grinder, slicer, knives)
• Prepare fresh cuts for display and customer orders
• Wrap, weigh, label, and package meat products
• Process payments accurately using a POS (point of sale) system, when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment at the end of the shift and between tasks
• Support receiving and proper storage of products, when required
• Assist with opening and closing duties, when required

Qualifications

• Meat-cutting or food preparation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Food Handler Certification required 
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

Schedule

• 15-30 hours per week
• Daytime shifts, including most weekends

We are hiring a friendly, reliable Front of House team member to support daily operations during our busy season. This is a full-time seasonal role, and students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process payments accurately using a POS (point of sale) system
• Wrap, weigh, label, and package meat products
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front counter, display areas, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Restock displays and supplies as needed
• Communicate customer needs and product questions to the cutting staff
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to instructions
• Food Handler Certification required 
• Retail or food service experience is an asset, but not required
• Students are encouraged to apply
